Must I have done this before?

Not at all. The study begins with a single stride — how to stand, and how to cross a room — and asks nothing of you beforehand.

How is it taught?

Filmed lessons, watched at your own pace and returned to as often as you wish. The Atelier adds a private reading and the members' salon.

Where does it live?

Online, on any device you own. Once you enter, it is yours to keep.

What will I need?

A little space to walk, and a phone to film yourself. Nothing more.

And if it isn't for me?

You have fourteen days. A single message returns you in full.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit esmerihot.shop or enrol in The Runway Method, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

The Runway Method operates this website and sells the online course described on it. For any question about this policy or your data, write to contact@esmerihot.shop.

What we collect

Legal basis

Contract — we process your email, name and order details because they are necessary to sell and deliver the course.
Consent — analytics and advertising cookies run only after you accept them. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legal obligation — we keep transaction records for the period required by tax law.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe receives your payment and contact details directly and acts as an independent controller for them.
Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies. This tells us that a purchase happened, not who you are.
Telegram — course delivery, if you join the members' area.
Vercel — website hosting.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for any purpose other than the ones listed above.

Cookies

We use two kinds:

Necessary — required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. These always run.
Analytics and advertising — the Meta pixel, which measures whether an advert led to a purchase. These run only after you accept them, and never before.

You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Course access data is kept while your access is active. Marketing data is deleted when you withdraw consent.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, take it with you, restrict how we use it, and object to it being processed. To exercise any of these, write to contact@esmerihot.shop and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Ireland, that is the Data Protection Commission.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.

Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you enrol in The Runway Method through esmerihot.shop. By completing a purchase you accept them.

What you are buying

An online course consisting of pre-recorded video lessons, follow-along exercises and written material on walking, posture and stage presence. The plan you choose determines which modules you receive; each plan is described on the Enrolment page.

Depending on the plan, access is delivered through a members' area on Telegram and, where included, a private review of a video you submit.

Price and payment

All prices are shown in euro and include any applicable VAT. The price you see is the price you pay.
Payment is a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Access

Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable. You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute the lessons, in whole or in part. Access is granted for the lifetime of the course, meaning for as long as the course continues to be offered; we will give reasonable notice if that ever changes.

Intellectual property

All lessons, videos, text and materials remain our property. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning. It does not give you the right to teach from them, reproduce them or use them commercially.

What the course is not

The Runway Method is instructional content. It is not an agency, it does not represent you, and it does not promise castings, bookings, representation or any professional outcome. Results depend on your own practice and circumstances.

The course is not medical, physiotherapeutic or health advice. If you have an injury or a medical condition, consult a qualified professional before following any physical exercise.

Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Refund Policy

Fourteen days. If the course is not right for you, write to us within fourteen days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Send an email to contact@esmerihot.shop from the address you used to enrol, saying that you would like a refund. That is all we need.

How long it takes

We process refunds within five working days of receiving your request. The money is returned through Stripe to the same card or method you paid with. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, access to the lessons and to the members' area ends. You may keep no copies of the material.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived at checkout.

We do not rely on that waiver. We offer the full fourteen days regardless, which is the same as or better than the statutory position.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather solve the problem directly.
